according to the U.S. Department of Transportation, Americans drove 11 billion fewer miles in March 2008 than they did a year ago, a 4.3 percent decline that the sharpest year-on-year drop for any month since the agency began keeping records in 1942.I am so glad we moved into Prescott and contributed to that 11 billion fewer miles. If these prices stick, I'm seriously considering a Vespa.
