PHB's Are Everywhere

Our PHB is female, but she also demands the final say in all things no matter how trivial. The difference is that Arcosanti isn't enough of a true organization to have anything like annual reviews. And the last merit raise I heard of was $.05/hour. That says all that needs to be said.
