Or unsettled settlingly? (Not sure that is an English word; Blogger doesn't think so.) Our "leaders" keep harping on how every "credible" (meaning "agrees with my preconceived and baseless notions") climatologist agrees that driving SUV's will enable us to grow date palms in Siberia.
And yet....
I recently heard a quote from one of the dissenting ICCP climatologists that all human activity amounts to "a fart in a hurricane."
